Shipping & Handling (Warranty & Returns):
Shipping charges are based on items ordered. Rates vary. Shipping done through US Postal Service, exclusively. Contact us for international shipping costs.
Email us at sales@SolosHold.com to check inventory and availability. We will then verify your order and send you a PayPal invoice. Once your payment is received we will begin preparing your order and get your item(s) delivered to you. We also accept all major credit cards via PayPal.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, WITH EXCEPTION OF MANUFACTURER DEFECT: Item(s) must be returned within 15 days of receipt of product. You are responsible for paying return shipping on a case by case basis. Allow 7-14 business days for refund after return is accepted.
- Kit sabers come unfinished
- Kit sabers do not have electronics or other ancillary parts unless noted
- Kit sabers will require assembly by official installer, or end user
- Kit sabers do not fall under same warranty/return policy as Stands
A flaw in the finish or production of the product itself; we determine if we will grant your refund. Email us if there is a problem, and we will do everything to take care of it. If it was damaged in shipping we have made provisions for that in the shipping fee, and must allow the carrier time to inspect the damaged item per policy.
A 3% re-stocking fee will be assessed once your return has been accepted.
The stands are for display purposes only. We do not refund intentional damages, we package your stand with safe handing in mind. We want you to be satisfied.
